But not only is the type and quantity of food you eat is key, when you have your meals and how frequently you eat is crucial too. <p>What time you eat has a huge impact on your results. Let&#8217;s start from the very beginning. When you first wake up, your body is low on fuel, because you haven&#8217;t eaten since the day before. Your blood sugar level is low, and you are running on reserves. Once those reserves are used up, your body will turn to its next available source of fuel, your muscles! It&#8217;s very difficult to get in shape when you&#8217;re groggy, hungry, and your body is breaking down your muscles for energy. You need to eat your first meal as soon as possible after waking up in the morning. This gives your body the fuel it needs to start the day, and preserves your muscles.</p>
<p>So now you know why it&#8217;s so important to eat when first thing in the morning. To summarize, eating a good meal soon after you get up in the morning will help you get off to a great start for your day. This is one part of the equation for getting fit quickly.</p>
<p>Focusing on your blood sugar level tells you more than that you should eat soon after you get up in the morning. Your body takes 3 to 4 hours to digest a meal. Once you&#8217;ve digested the food in your stomach, your blood sugar level will start to decline. That&#8217;s why, even if you ate a healthy nutritious meal, you&#8217;ll start to fade a bit several hours later. In other words  (except when you&#8217;re sleeping) you should eat something every 3-4 hours. If you don&#8217;t, even if you feel ok, your body will experience the same negative effects as you would if you skipped breakfast.</p>
<p>When you think about this, it&#8217;s clear that you need to eat a lot of meals in a day. To really keep your blood sugar stable and gain all the benefits that brings, you need to move toward five meals a day, instead of the traditional three. If you wake up at say 6:00 AM, all you need to do is eat every 3 to 3.5 hours and your blood sugar should should be stable all day.</p>
<p>One last thing. If your <a href="http://getfitatlast.com"></a>quest for better health requires you to eat five meals a day, you&#8217;re going to have to eat less in those meals. An easy way to deal with this problem is to make the second and fourth meals into healthy snacks of just 100-200 calories, and cut back on the other three a bit. Doing it this way should make it easier for your body to adapt. Forcing yourself to have a small healthy snack mid-morning and mid-afternoon isn&#8217;t a hard habit to pick up. And you should be less hungry at lunch and dinner making cutting back a bit on those meals should be pretty easy too. </p>

<p>First of all, the Acai Berry which had relatively little publicity here in the states, has actually been used for a long time. It is grown in the Amazon basin so it is possible that we were not the first to have found this marvelous berry. Indigenous people to the area have relied on its nutrients to keep them healthy and in shape, although I am not sure they knew that is what it was doing for them. Did these people care about the aging look or the spare tire around the middle? Possibly not because they did not have this issue thanks to the Acai Berry.</p>
<p>Oprah had some perfect points about the Acai Berry Diet. It is what is understood to be a superfood. Not only is it filled with an assortment of antioxidants that the body definitely needs and hardly gets enough of but when you have this type of positive for the inside of the body, of course it is going to do wonders to the outside.
